Gerald Ray Kirkover

	Gerald Ray Kirkover, 35, of Cutler, passed away at 9:28 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2003 on Route 150 near Bremen.
	Gerald was of the Catholic faith.  He worked for the Chester Foundry.
	He was born on February 2, 1968 in Aurora, the son of Gerald D. and Ruth (Mifflin) Kirkover.  He married Sheila Pulke on June 20, 1997 in Cutler.  She survives.
	He is also survived by his parents, Gerald D. and Ruth Kirkover of Cutler; maternal grandmother Helen Mifflin of Campbell Hill; one son, Levi Whisnant of Tecumseh, Mo.; two step-sons, Tim Struck of Myrtle Beach, Calif. and Rick Struck of Georgetown, S.C.; one step-grandson, Nicholas Struck; one brother, Scott (Sandy) Kirkover of Marshfield, Mo.; four aunts; six uncles; nieces; nephews and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charles Mifflin; his paternal grandmother, Josephine Mehrer; his paternal grandfather, Lawrence Kirkover and two uncles.
	Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 12 at the Schroeder-McClure Funeral Home in Chester with Rev. Charles McKinnies officiating.  Interment was in the Mueller Hill Cemetery near Pinckneyville.
	Visitation was held from 11 a.m. until time of service on Monday at the Schroeder-McClure Funeral Chapel in Chester.  
	Memorials may be made to the family.
